My bathroom doesn't need that much work. I need a new faucet, some additional lights and to remove the wallpaper. But I can live with the tile for now.

"However the old-person bath attachments do have to go". I agree they are not the nicest element, however a word of 'motherly' advice don't be too anxious to get rid of it as young people can throw their back out as well. This is experience talking ... as my daughter who is a Police Officer and works out all the time(extremely physical fit) ended up appreciating the wall bars in one of our bathrooms during her convalescence after she threw hers out. Final word, do hope you are enjoying your Condo.
